activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use
the Website and issuing our e-mails for us. Third parties will not be allowed to
use your personal information for their own purposes.

Terms and conditions of membership
1. Our primary objective is to introduce like-minded members whether this be for
friendship, dating or a longer-term relationship. However, Fiona Smythe
Introductions cannot guarantee that members will form lasting relationships
through the company.
2. Fiona Smythe Introductions expects each member to respect the confidentiality
and feelings of other members and to act in a courteous manner at all times.
3. Fiona Smythe Introductions reserves the right to refuse membership without
disclosing the reason.
4. We reserve the right to withdraw membership from anyone who knowingly
provides inaccurate or false information.
5. Members are screened and agree to an ID verification process including a
‘status’ enquiry. We make every effort to ensure that the information provided
is correct.
6. Members will be contacted on a regular basis and your personal profile will
have been approved by you, prior to it being discussed with prospective
partners.
7. Members agree to pay £100 + Vat at point of registration. This entitles you
to membership for one year and
during your year will see a minimum of 6 profiles.
8. At the point of a suitable partner being found and an introduction being
arranged the member agrees to pay a fee of £20 Incl Vat. This will be payable prior to
that date being attended. All additional new introductions will be charged at a
set fee of £20 Incl Vat per introduction, payable prior to the date being attended.
9. Fiona Smythe Introductions Ltd reserves the right to delete a members details
from its active database, if a member has not been in contact for over one year.
10. It is the responsibility of members to take our advice regarding personal
safety and Fiona Smythe Introductions Ltd will not be held responsible for the
action of its members.
11. Fiona Smythe Introductions Ltd agrees to offer a refund of membership fee,
or extended membership; if a member can justifiably prove that they have not
received a satisfactory service.
12. In the event you have a claim or action against another member arising
through an introduction through Fiona Smythe Introductions Ltd, you agree to
pursue such a claim or action independently of and without any demands from us
and you release us from all claims, liabilities and damages, arising from or in
any way connected to such a claim or action.
